Discover numerous waymarked walks from the town to various hill tops or to other villages, with pubs and tea shops en-route. Various distances for all abilities. Autumn is by far the prettiest time of year for walking, with simply gorgeous colours all around. The Poles themselves come to this area to walk and cycle, and to ski in the winter.
Walking to the top of Maciejowa hill (behind the house) is a popular walk for all abilities. Paths from Maciejowa lead to a variety of hills of heights ranging from 835 to 1276 metres, with distances of 500m, 2 km, 5.5 km to nearby hills, up to 13km to Lubon Wielki and 24 km to Ciecien.
